The parking situation is a nightmare!!! You can’t find a spot and when you do, prepare to pay through the nose!!! Plus, the thin walls are a real problem. you’ll hear every movement in the next room!!!

The location is fantastic, right near everything we wanted to explore. The staff checked us in efficiently, made sure we had everything we needed. The room was spacious and tidy, which was a relief. However, the sofa bed in our suite was uncomfortable. It had only a twin size, making it tricky for the four of us to fit comfortably. We also noticed that some supplies ran low during our stay, likely due to the lack of daily housekeeping. Being a family of four, we would have appreciated more towels and toiletries. The pool experience was disappointing as well. the chemicals affected my kids' swimsuits, which should never happen. They need to address that issue as it impacted our enjoyment. Overall, a mixed bag.
